"No amount of time can erase the memory of a good cat, and no amount of masking tape can ever totally remove his fur from your couch."
~Leo Dworken
Those of you who are cat owners certainly know how it feels to look around your house and see kitty fluff all over. Owners of longhaired cats especially have realized exactly how much fur a cat can leave. (It is a lot!) And with spring coming up, cats will be shedding extra. How can you possibly keep up with it all? Well, here's one way that you can do it...
Comb, comb, comb! Comb your cat(s) often to get off all the fur he/she is shedding. If your cat doesn't like combing, try to stroke your cat between each comb stroke to keep your cat happy. If that doesn't work, you can try to comb them when they're sleepy--they may fall back to sleep.
Remember, combs seem to work better than regular brushes when it comes to really giving your cat a good grooming. Try using a comb instead of a brush if that is what you normally use.
Good luck!
